The brief job descriptions are intended to inform potential applicants of openings. They are not comprehensive job descriptions. All positions require a valid California driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and successful completion of a physical/drug screen, Department of Justice Fingerprint Division clearance and reference check. Positions will remain open until filled.


MAINTENANCE TECH (F/T, 7:00AM – 3:30PM, M-F day shift, rotating on-call time)

 

Responsible for the general maintenance of the facilities which includes, but is not limited to, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, pool systems. Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of utility vehicles including trailers.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Have maintenance aptitude, with at least one year of general building maintenance experience, painting skills a plus. This is a great opportunity for a person interested in becoming part of a professional maintenance team. Positive attitude with good communication skills a must.  Stable work history required. 


 

RESIDENT CARE ASSISTANT (Per Diem, shifts will vary, 7 day/week operation)

 

Provides direct personal care and supervision to the residents.  The staffing pattern for this department is primary care.  Promotes resident’s well-being and satisfaction through support with activities of daily living.  Communicates with other departments to ensure residents’ needs are met.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

Skills and knowledge needed to assist residents with their activities of daily living.  Maturity and ability to cope with the demands of the job and residents.  Possess good written and verbal skills.  Knowledge needed to recognize early signs of illness of residents and their need for professional help.  Knowledge required to recognize side effects of prescribed and over the counter medication.  Has current First Aid Certificate.  Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds.


SERVER (P/T positions, shifts will vary, 7 day/week operation)

 

Serves resident meals, beverages and desserts in an efficient and courteous fashion.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

Good written and oral communication skills.  Maturity and a sincere desire to work with the senior population.  Similar experience desirable.
