This floor plan is the only one bedroom option on the first floor. This Terrace also has a unique entry from the outside instead of a shared hallway entrance. This unit is 98 square feet larger than the Phase I one bedroom apartments. All Terraces have white cabinets, white columns and upgraded amenities.
